1. Call Center Representatives

 
Myfamilydentalcare.com is looking for dynamic and energetic Customer Service Representatives for our Central Call Center located in Fort Washington, PA. Interested candidates must have excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, analytical and problem solving skills, should be capable of multi-tasking and have a professional approach in any given situation. Must have good organizational and time management skills and should be a quick learner.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Handle sufficient number of calls on a daily basis and provide accurate information to the patients
  • Provide excellent support to our dentists and the office staff
  • Understand each patient’s unique needs by asking the right questions and schedule appointments accordingly
  • Perform assigned duties as and when required.

Great opportunity for oral surgeons to join our multiple location practice(s) in Pennsylvania and the Greater Philadelphia area.  Our group practice is looking for both F/T and P/T Oral Surgeons to help support our busy network of offices. There is a very substantial referral base with numerous offices in the surrounding area.

Description
Ideal candidate will be honest and hard-working with superior interpersonal skills and outstanding surgical skills. Preference is for an Oral Surgeon with minimum of 1-3 yrs experience, however will consider a new graduate with a long term commitment orientation. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate surgeon to work with a great staff, modern facility and quality referral base. Surgeon will practice full scope of oral surgery with an emphasis on dentoalveolar and dental implant surgery. Examines, diagnoses, and provides treatment counseling to patients in a comprehensive manner. Directs multiple Assistants and other auxiliary personnel in operatory.

Pedodontist needed to provide dental care to children and adolescents.  Fabricates space maintainers, treats primary and secondary teeth, obturating appliances for growing arches.Counsels and advises family and patient on growth and developmental situations. 5. EFDA

We are currently looking for an AMAZING EFDA to replace our current EFDA who is leaving to prepare to go back to Dental School.
EFDA must be a team player with a positive can do attitude.
 
Candidate must present themselves in a professional manner and possess excellence in patient service.
 
EFDA must be able to educate patients on treatment.
 
EFDA must be very proficient in the placement of class 2 posterior composites. Snap contacts a must.
 
Must be able to work independently.  Must be a self starter.  Must be able to work in a paperless chart system and type notes into the computer.  We use a web based program.
 
Must be able to take digital radiographs including during RCT.
 
The Dentist works about 2 rooms sometimes 3 rooms with another very experienced Dental Assistant.  You must be a team player.
 
Very young and energetic dynamic dental office.
 
We work about 35-40 per week and have Fridays off.  (There is a possible opportunity to work Fridays in you are interested but Monday - Thursday a must).
 
We are located in Chalfont, PA 18914.  (Please make sure this is a comfortable distance for you to drive 4 days per week).
